Take 5 adventures at the Shore. Your reward will be some Dinghy Plans. Now, what to do with them...
Go to the Hermit and get some Dingy Planks. Then, use the Dinghy Plans and you will receive a dingy dinghy. Now you can visit everything on the Island.
