The 8-Bit Finery consists of a pixel sword, a pixel hat, and pixel pants.
You can get these by obtaining pixels from the 8-Bit Realm and then trading them in at the Crackpot Mystic's shed for these items. See PixelItems for a list of what pixels are required for what items.
I don't know what, if anything, the complete suit does.
