The Cloaca-Cola Uniform consists of a Cloaca-Cola helmet, Cloaca-Cola fatigues, and a Cloaca-Cola shield.
All of these items can be found in the Cola Wars Battlefield in the temporal rift in the Nearby Plains. This can only be accessed by level 4 or level 5 characters.
When wearing this outfit, the adventures in the Cola Wars Battlefield change -- you can now fight against Dyspepsi-Cola soldiers.
