Junk Mail Juxtaposition

Two (physical) junk mail envelopes I got today, right next to each other:

A Message from His Holiness the Dalai Lama Enclosed
Tibetan Prayer Flags Enclosed
Immediate Response Requested

and:

Marines
Get Your Life Moving in the Right Direction
Get a Marines Baseball Cap with No Obligation

Yin and Yang!

Thing is, focusing purely on the marketing tactics, I don't like how the Tibetan one does that whole false urgency thing.
