Got stuck at an intersection on my way home tonight because of this thing:

There was a bigass truck in front of it at first, too. What is that thing? Some sort of road-paving thing maybe?
P.S.: And why do the green lights look cyan?

Actually, that's a road-unpaving machine. It moves forward slowly, ripping up the concrete from the existing roadway as it goes. The concrete chunks move up the conveyor belt on the front into a waiting dump truck. I've seen one in action, and it's pretty impressive. I watched it fill up a long, trailer-style dump truck in about two minutes. I'd like to see someone do the calculations to figure out how much horsepower it takes to do that.
